Patient Satisfaction Measures

We feel that the patient/family experience with Providence is the most important part of caring for our community. We ask patients about their experience with us through Press Ganey and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) Survey.

Standard patient satisfaction surveys include:
  • Inpatient experience
  • Emergency department
  • Ambulatory/day surgery
  • Outpatient experience
  • Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems
