Please call us to arrange a personal tour of our assisted living facility.
Our Vision
It is our hope and vision that every elder feel as welcomed and comfortable as one would when they visit a friend. If we are able to change uncertainty into confidence, hopelessness into hope, and loneliness into the realization that you have a new circle of friends that support you, then our vision is fulfilled.
Providence Horizon House is for seniors no longer able to live alone comfortably or safely. We promote dignity and well-being by encouraging continued participation in the responsibilities and freedoms of life. Providence Horizon House team members encourage residents to be as independent as possible, by giving the opportunity to make individual choices, yet having assistance at hand, if needed.
Housing
Apartment style living is offered for those who require assisted living needs and we also have two cottages for residents with Alzheimer's and other memory disorders.

Dining
The Dining Room at Providence Horizon House provides a place to socialize while enjoying good, quality food.
We provide 3 meals a day with a special-of-the-day, or you can choose from our Deli-menu which has a variety of appetizing hot and cold sandwiches, salad, & fresh fruit.
Family and friends are encouraged to dine with our residents in the Dining Room and meal coupons can be purchased at the front desk. There is a comment box in the dining room and we welcome all comments and suggestions.
Pets Philosophy
The management of Providence Horizon House encourages residents to value and enjoy their apartments as they would their own homes. We believe that residents should be given every opportunity to pursue their interests, consistent with the rights of their fellow residents. To many people Pet’s are a loving part of our lives and when we grow older that love does not stop. Many of us hold fond memories of pets when we were children or pets when we were raising children. Nurturing those connections to animals is one of the reasons we have pets living and visiting at Horizon House.
In keeping with this philosophy, residents committed to responsible pet ownership may have a pet. We understand the fact that there are people who wish to avoid contact with pets and other animals. The rental agreement addendum for pets is designed to protect both pet owners and non-pet owners, and to ensure that the animals themselves receive responsible
