Allied Health Professionals and Clinical Staff Credentialing PlanApproved by the PH&SA Region Board, the purpose of this credentialing plan is to establish a process to assess, evaluate and review the qualifications and professional conduct of and quality and appropriateness of care provided by the allied health professionals and clinical staff who are determined to be eligible to provide patient care services at PAMC.
