Spiritual Care and The Chapel of Compassion

Caring for the human spirit is as important as caring for the body. Spiritual Care staff and community Chaplains provide a ministry of spiritual support, counseling, religious programs and reflection. Spiritual Care staff coordinates with the entire care team to identify and focus on spiritual issues which impact a resident’s wellbeing.

Religious services for various denominations are held each Sunday. These services are held at the Chapel of Compassion in The Commons building. Bible studies and other spiritual care groups are scheduled and may be hosted within each cottage. Residents from any cottage are welcome to attend and staff will assist residents to the location as desired. Our Chaplains will work with you to provide support during your stay; residents are encouraged to maintain connections with their own personal church community when possible.
